Event Announcement: Slideshow and Book Talk for SWET

Join me at 10:00 AM JST on May 23 for a slideshow and conversation with Jeanette Fukao for the Society of Writers, Editors, and Translators, a Japan-centered organization that I've enjoyed being a member of for a number of years. This online event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required. After a slide show of plants, dishes, and other images from my travels for Eating Wild Japan, I'll talk about the technical aspects of creating the book, from the research phase to the writing, publishing and promotion. Jeanette Fukao is an artist, poet, writer, and teacher based in Shiga prefecture. Find more info and a link for registration on the SWET website.
